Ruby
Female / 4 Years (approx)
Available

Sponsored By:
Commerce Buisness Systems

History:
Hi my name is Ruby and I came into the Leeds, Wakefield and District Branch Aninmal Centre with my sister Sandy. She has now been rehomed so it is just me looking for that forever family. I am so friendly and happy and all I want now is a family to call my own. I have so much love to give; I love cuddles, strokes and having my ears rubbed and I just want to be someone's companion.
Type of home required:
It would be great to go to a family (older children are fine) with experience of my breed and I can live with other dogs subject to a successful meet & greet (but no small furry animals such as cats or rabbits though)!! I will need a fair bit of exercise to keep me looking lean and fabulous, so a new owner would ideally be fairly active.

Denzel
Male / 1 - 2 years
Available

Sponsored By:
Geoff So & Eliza Matvejeva

History:
Hi! My name is Denzel and I am a spitz-type breed who is now looking for a forever home. I have just been transferred from another branch, so the staff here at the Leeds and Wakefield Branch don't know a lot about me, but they do know how friendly and affectionate I am! I adore playing with my toys and love it when people come to play with me too. I also love it when we go on long walks - I have a lot of energy and will respond well to some training!
Type of home required:
Preferably, I need a home where I am the only dog, and with owners who have lots of time and energy to give me all of the attention that I need and deserve. No young children as I am quite bouncy and energetic, but teenage children would be fine!

Winkle
Male / 4 -5 years (approx)
Available

Sponsored By:
Justyna Bednarek & Elaine Murthick

History:
Hello, my name is Winkle and I am a lovely little Jack Russell who came into the Leeds and Wakefield Branch Animal Centre with very raw and sore skin on my legs that are now on the mend! I was a little nervous when I first arrived at the centre but now I am nearly back to my bossy-boots self. I am friendly, but I do need some time and patience to get used to my surroundings and new people.
Type of home required:
I would prefer to be rehomed with a family who have older children, who are around 10+. I am happy to be rehomed with another dog, but this would be subject to a successful meet and greet. I would really need an understanding family who can give me the time and attention to truly come out of my shell, and who are also happy to make sure that my poorly legs are treated and looked after. I can't wait to go to my forever home!
