Smudge
Male / 6 years (approx.)
Available

History:
Hi, my name is Smudge and I came into the Leeds, Wakefield and District Branch Animal Centre with my friend, Milo. I am older than Milo and a little calmer than he is, but I am still a high energy dog and I could run and run for miles! I love company and I am happy to watch the world go by by your side. I am very calm when walking on the lead and would make a wonderful companion.
Type of home required:
I would need a family who have lots of time, space and attention to make sure than I can burn all of my energy off! I am very bouncy and very strong so I think a family with children over the age of 10 would be ideal for me.

Angel
Female / 2 Years (approx)
Available

Sponsored By:
Joan Mullins,& in memory of Paul Draper

History:
My name is Angel and how can you resist this face?! Considering how great I am I have been at the centre for too long and although I don't mind it here I would love a home to call my own. I am very energetic so you would need to be active and enjoy exercising me and going on long walks. I love to play fetch, play with my toys, and I am very affectionate and loving.
Type of home required:
I can live with children 13+. Preferably I should be the only pet with my new owner, as I can get over excited when playing fetch and I need to be taught a little self control, but don't let this put you off as once you meet me you will wan't to take me home, so come along I am waiting!!

Milo
Male / 3 years (approx.)
Available

History:
HI! My name is Milo and I am a young Greyhound X who came into the centre with my father, Smudge. I am a high energy dog who enjoys running and bouncing around! I am very affectionate and love to give kisses but I can often pull when walking on the lead and so would need someone who can help me to correct this behaviour. I very much enjoy my treats!
Type of home required:
I would need a family who are able to give me lots of time and attention, and to help to train me as I am still very young and very strong! Families with no young children would be preferable for me as I am very lively and strong.

Bella
Female / 5 years (approx.)
Available

History:
Hello! My name is Bella and I am a beautiful and friendly girl who is very food orientated! I enjoy playing and walkies, although I do pull a little on the lead; I do require some training but with a dedicated family who can give me that time, I will be a wonderful companion! I have already lost some weight but I still have a little more to lose - and so my new family must be able to give me regular walks and exercise.
Type of home required:
I would prefer to be the only dog in a household and would be better off with children who are aged 6/7+. I am very friendly and love having company but I do need the extra time and attention in order to get me fit!

Ruby
Female / 4 Years (approx)
Available

Sponsored By:
Commerce Buisness Systems

History:
Hi my name is Ruby and I came into the Leeds, Wakefield and District Branch Aninmal Centre with my sister Sandy. She has now been rehomed so it is just me looking for that forever family. I am so friendly and happy and all I want now is a family to call my own. I have so much love to give; I love cuddles, strokes and having my ears rubbed and I just want to be someone's companion.
Type of home required:
It would be great to go to a family (older children are fine) with experience of my breed and I can live with other dogs subject to a successful meet & greet (but no small furry animals such as cats or rabbits though)!! I will need a fair bit of exercise to keep me looking lean and fabulous, so a new owner would ideally be fairly active.
